Upon purchase user will receive an email with directions on how to download the PAC Personal Training app. Once in the PAC Personal Training app your trainer will contact you to get started!

Power and Explosion

Bigger. Faster. Stronger. This 9 week program is for an individual who is looking to become more agile and powerful, both linearly and laterally. The 9 weeks are broken up into 3 separate phases. Each week, in each phase, will have slight, but necessary differences to enhance and maximize your power output. Jump higher, cut quicker, be more agile.This program can be completed in most, if not all, common gym areas. You will need gym equipment such as a barbell, dumbbells, bands, etc. If there is a piece of equipment that you do not have access to, just reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with an equal alternative using the equipment at your disposal.
