Running Club at PAC
Running is often thought of as a simple activity. While nobody really needs to teach us how to run in order to get started, there are a lot of things to be taught and trained in order to run WELL. Nearly anyone can run, but running effectively and efficiently requires a lot smaller components to be trained and developed. These classes are designed to help you build those skills and enjoy running!
