Upon purchase user will receive an email with directions on how to download the PAC Personal Training app. Once in the PAC Personal Training app your trainer will contact you to get started!

Senior Circuit

Get your heart rate up, gain muscle strength, core stability, better balance and walking endurance with this 12 week low impact total body circuit. All you need is a chair, a set of dumbbells and your walking shoes. There are exercises to do almost every day. Get ready to feel great!
