Teen Tag Blue Guided Workouts
Not sure how to start your child off in the weight rooms? This is a great option to get your child into weight lifting and follow a designed program from a certified personal trainer. This 4 week program accessed by the Prairie Athletic Personal Training app consists of total body exercises (many of which will be covered in the Teen Tag Blue certification meeting) that you will follow along and complete twice a week through the app. These exercises MUST be completed with a parent in the weight room.
