TRAINING PROGRAM

This is an online fitness program ready-to-go, created by our very own PAC Personal Training Staff.

Upon purchase user will receive an email with directions on how to download the PAC Personal Training app. Once in the PAC Personal Training app your trainer will contact you to get started!

Teen Tag On Demand Workouts

This is a 1 month on-demand workout accessed by the Prairie Athletic Personal Training app. These workouts are specifically designed for the beginner and incorporate the areas of PAC that our teen taggers can utilize. These consist of an upper body strength, lower body strength, cardio/core, and pool workouts. Workouts are designed to last roughly 30-45 minutes, and provide options on any given day for youth who are here without a parent to still exercise, stay busy, and stay out of trouble while learning appropriate exercises. A trainer is only a message away if your child has questions about the workout.
