This is a virtual class for youth ages 12 and 13 to learn the rules of safe exercise at PAC. Any 12 or 13 year old who completes this class will be allowed to use specified areas of the club included in their membership. Once your child passes the class, he or she will be allowed to be in the club without a parent between the hours of 8 a.m.-8 p.m. for up to 2 hours between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, they may be at the club for up to 3 hours.
$20 Teen Tag On Demand Workouts -Optional add on for virtual guided workouts: This is a 1 month on-demand workout accessed by the Prairie Athletic Personal Training app. These workouts are specifically designed for the beginner and incorporate the areas of PAC that our teen taggers can utilize. These consist of an upper body strength, lower body strength, cardio/core, and pool workouts. Workouts are designed to last roughly 30-45 minutes, and provide options on any given day for youth who are here without a parent to still exercise, stay busy, and stay out of trouble while learning appropriate exercises. A trainer is only a message away if your child has questions about the workout.
