Vertical Explosion Training
Reach for the stars with this vertical develpoment program. This 6 week program is sperated by (2) 3 week phases of plyometrics, ankle strengthening, and jump approach training. Equipment needed is minimal: Box (12-24"), Medicine ball (6-10 lbs), Dumbbells (10-20 lbs), Body band (looped), stairs, and a hurdle/obstacle (8-14' tall). Reach out to a trainer if you don't have those things and we may be able to find some substitutes for you to use!
