TRAINING PROGRAM

This is an online fitness program ready-to-go, created by our very own PAC Personal Training Staff.

Upon purchase user will receive an email with directions on how to download the PAC Personal Training app. Once in the PAC Personal Training app your trainer will contact you to get started!

Youth Program

This is a 3 month program comprised of (2) 6 week programs with daily training sessions. Each day will incorporate upper and lower body power exercises, as well as upper, lower, and core strength. Round the week off with some cardio training as well! Exercises in this program are foundational starting progressions appropriate for youth.
