Racquetball – Youth Instruction

Ages: 7-17 Years Old

Racquetball is an outstanding way for kids to develop hand-eye coordination, cardiovascular endurance, quick reflexes, agility, balance, spatial awareness, and core strength. While beneficial in racquetball, these skills translate easily to other sports as well!

Fall and Spring Youth Racquetball instruction is offered at the PAC in a group, “Instruction & League” format. Personal equipment may be used; however, racquets, balls, and eye guards are provided. The 10-week session begins with a few weeks of basic instruction and rule explanation using fun, engaging activities that grow interest in the sport. The final weeks will include league play, where participants will play full games against other participants in the clinic. Click the “Register” button below to sign up!

For more intermediate and advanced youth players, the PAC also offers traditional weekly youth leagues. Depending on age, these leagues run in a One-Bounce or Two-Bounce formats. Youth players are matched up each week against an opponent and a league winner is awarded at the end of the eight-week league. Click the ‘Register’ button below to get signed up today!
