CrossFit is “Constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity.”
Okay, but what exactly does that mean? It means we vary our workouts so that we can prepare for many different physical challenges, focusing on highly functional movements (movements you do in your daily life) like squatting, lifting, pushing, and pulling. All CrossFit workouts are based on those functional movements, and those movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. Our goal is for every Vultus athlete (when you come in our box, you’re an athlete) to work at an intensity that is challenging for them, but also to able to perform the workouts SAFELY. We aim for every movement to be as skilled and safe as possible.

YouthFit at CrossFit Vultus

Introducing YouthFit! Pairing fitness with fun, our program is a great base for kids to carry into other sports and helps introduce fitness as a lifestyle. We emphasize good movement throughout childhood and adolescence which leads to enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries. The benefits of our program are long lasting for your kids! Our CF 101 class is a 6 week course designed to give you constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements found in everyday life.
On top of helping you to reach your fitness goals you will also receive; Nutritional Guidance, Progress Tracking, Accountability, and the ability to belong to a Community who supports and stands by you every step of the way.
