Youth Speed & Agility Lab Starts September 9!
Beginning Tuesday, September 9, join our Lead Youth Personal Trainer, Bryce Hanson, from 7–7:45 p.m. every Tuesday night for a 6-week Speed & Agility Lab!
This program is designed for athletes ages 11–18 who want to:

Improve overall speed

Increase linear and lateral quickness

Develop better agility for sports and activities

Build confidence and coordination
Each week, Bryce will incorporate drills tailored to each individual’s skills and goals, helping participants perform better on the field, in the gym, and in everyday life. With years of experience training youth athletes, Bryce creates a supportive environment where athletes can work hard, stay motivated, and see real results.
