Soccer added to the ESP Sports Specific Programs
We now will be offering Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Swimming and Volleyball to our Sports Specific programs. The Sports Specific package covers these and all other ESP classes for your age.
New Speed Development added to the schedule
Ages 11+ Join Coach Buckley in these hour long classes that will develop all speed qualities. The class will put a heavy emphasis on maximum velocity running. Athletes will be able to test their max velocity in MPH weekly. Full recovery will be used between max velocity sprints. All ESP packages will cover the ability to sign up for Speed Development.
New Power Development added to the schedule
Ages 11+ Includes all aspects of power an athlete requires. We will use techniques which improve rotational power, linear, lateral, and vertical power production. A variety of plyometric and medicine ball movements will be used to maximize the athletes power potential. All ESP packages will cover the ability to sign up for Power Development.

Foundations (ages 8-10): $450 member/ $540 non-member
Total (ages 11-14): $500 member/ $590 non-member
Custom (ages 15+): $550 member/ $650 non-member
Sport Specific (ages 11+): $630 member/ $700 non-member
