ESP Baseball Classes start on Monday December 2nd!
Open to ages 11+. Get ready for the upcoming baseball season with former professional baseball player Kevyn Feiner during these hour long sessions. Athletes will receive a customized training program including strength, speed, explosiveness, etc., along with baseball specific training programs that will highlight hitting, fielding and throwing drills. These drills will be designed specifically for the athlete’s needs. ESP Baseball classes will have limited attendance to keep the trainer/athlete ratio small. Previous baseball experience is required. Athletes will be separated on the basis of what field dimensions they will be playing on in the coming season. See the schedule for ESP Baseball here.
