FREE ELITE SPORTS PERFORMANCE CLASSES NEXT WEEK
Enjoy FREE ESP (Elite Sports Performance) classes from March 24th-30th. Use this opportunity to attend classes for free and bring a friend as well! Whether athletes are members or non-members, all they will have to do is fill out our short questionnaire, register on our MindBody website and sign up for FREE Elite Sports Performance classes today!

IMPORTANT:
- Athletes must be 8-10 years old for Foundations and Skills Day. Ages 11+ may attend all classes except for ESP Custom. ESP Custom classes will require 15+ years of age.
- New athletes are to create a profile under their name while creating a MindBody profile. Keep in mind that if a parent’s email is active in the MindBody system, a different email will be needed to be used. All athletes must be signed up under their name, not a parent’s. BRING YOUR CHILD TO WORKOUT EVENT
Please join Elite Sports Performance in addition to the PAC Personal Training department in a fun event that lets parents and their children workout together and compete to win prizes! Test your fitness on the soccer field and see how you and your child stack up against the field!
On April 26th, join us at any time between 9-11am to test and see your fitness levels! All 5 tests are expected to take approximately 30 minutes.
Join us on Tuesday nights April 1, 8, 15, and 22 from 6:30-7:15pm for classes to improve your fitness in the 5 areas we will be testing.

Spring Is Almost Here!
The days are getting longer, and the weather is getting warmer, which means baseball season is almost here! Don’t wait until it’s too late to get ready for baseball season. Get ahead and stay ahead of the competition with our ESP baseball classes! See class descriptions below.
ESP Baseball Hitting (ages 11+) – Drills will be incorporated into a one hour long hitting session with trainers watching swings and offering hitting philosophies. Players will also be learning about situational hitting, 2 strike approach, and the mental side of hitting.
ESP Baseball Fielding (ages 11+) – Drills will be incorporated into a one hour long fielding session with trainers coaching players, hitting groundballs, and offering fielding advice. Players will also be learning about situational fielding, turning the double play, cut offs, and the mental side of fielding.
ESP Player/Parent Hitting (ages 8-10) – Learn alongside your player as you are taken through the proper mechanics of hitting during this hour long session. Learn different drills to apply to your hitter to develop as a hitter. Guardian MUST be present during this class and be an active participant with their player. Don’t worry parents, you won’t be swinging the bat, rather learning different tactics and drills to take home and use with your player. NOTE: Helmets must be worn by players at all times in the cages.
ESP Player/Parent Fielding (ages 8-10) – Learn alongside your player as you are taken through the proper mechanics of fielding during this hour long session. Learn different drills to apply to your fielder to develop skills necessary for baseball. Guardian MUST be present during this class and be an active participant with their player. Don’t worry parents, you won’t be having to field too much, rather learning different tactics and drills to take home and use with your player. NOTE: Parents will need to bring a glove and be able to catch and throw in some capacity.
ESP Player/Parent Throwing (ages 8-10) – Learn alongside your player as you are taken through the proper mechanics of throwing during this hour long session. Learn different drills to apply to your player to develop proper throwing and pitching fundamentals. Guardian MUST be present during this class and be an active participant with their player. Parents will be learning different tactics and drills to take home and use with your player. NOTE: Parents will need to bring glove and be able to catch and throw a baseball in some capacity.
