ESP Sport Specific Classes Return This Summer
Starting Monday, June 15th, ESP’s Summer schedule will be in full swing, with the return of three sport-specific classes! Baseball, basketball, and volleyball classes will each be held twice a week for athletes to sharpen their skills in those respective sports. These classes will supplement our traditional strength, speed & agility, conditioning, and other trainings.
ESP Director Bryce Hanson will lead the baseball classes, with a hitting class held on Tuesdays from 10-11am, and fielding on Wednesdays from 10-11am.
ESP Baseball Hitting (ages 11+) – Drills will be incorporated into a one-hour-long hitting session with trainers watching swings and offering hitting philosophies. Players will also be learning about situational hitting, 2 strike approach, and the mental side of hitting.

Players will also be learning about situational fielding, turning the double play, cut offs, and the mental side of fielding.
