FREE ELITE SPORTS PERFORMANCE CLASSES TO END THE YEAR
Enjoy FREE ESP (Elite Sports Performance) classes from December 23-31. This will include all non-sport specific classes. Use this opportunity to attend classes for free and bring a friend as well! Whether athletes are members or non-members, all they will have to do is fill out our short questionnaire, register on our MindBody website and sign up for FREE Elite Sports Performance classes today!
GET STARTEDIMPORTANT:
- Athletes must be 8-10 years old for Foundations and Skills Day. Ages 11+ may attend all classes except for ESP Custom. ESP Custom classes will require 15+ years of age.
- New athletes are to create a profile under their name while creating a MindBody profile. Keep in mind that if a parent’s email is active in the MindBody system, a different email will be needed to be used. All athletes must be signed up under their name, not a parent’s. Class Descriptions
All classes with the exception of ESP Foundations are one hour long and guided by a qualified sports performance trainer. ESP Foundations is a 45 minute long class.
ESP Foundations (ages 8-10) -ESP Foundations is an introductory training class for athletes ages 8-10 which will work on coordination, body awareness, speed, reaction, movement mechanics, and age supported strength.
ESP Total (ages 11-14) – Consists of an all-around performance training strategy. Speed, balance, explosion, and strength will be covered during this class. Athletes will be directed to complete certain exercises based on their skill/age level.
ESP Custom (ages 15+) – Our traditional strength training program where athletes will complete their customized training programs under the direction of an ESP trainer.
ESP Air (ages 11+) – Athletes follow a program that is dedicated to improving vertical and horizontal jumping. First step quickness and explosion will be a benefit to attending this class.
ESP Speed Development) (ages 11+) – Linear and Lateral speed will be trained during this 1 hour class. Linear – Athletes will work on straight forward speed, deceleration, and top end speed. Lateral – Athletes will work on side to side speed, deceleration, and change of direction.
ESP Conditioning (ages 11+) – Athletes will be hooked up to a heart rate monitoring system during class to ensure proper heart rate levels during aerobic and anaerobic training. Athletes will be put through several conditioning levels while trainers are monitoring exact heart rates levels. This is a great class to get started with before the start of a season to make sure that you are in shape.
ESP Skills Day (ages 8+) – ESP Skills Day is a day where athletes will be put through a barrage of athletic tests to see how they have improved and/or measure up to their peers. 40 yard dash, vertical, broad jump, max push ups, and pro agility are just some of the tests administered during Skills Day. Athletes will receive an electronic exit report summarizing their performance. Think you have what it takes to get your name up on the record board? Here is your chance!
ESP Coordination & Quickness (ages 11+) – Focus on coordination and quickness within running, jumping, and throwing movements. This class will lead you towards moving with more efficiency and fluidity in explosiveness.
ESP Baseball is BACK!
ESP baseball classes are back and in full swing. Classes being offered multiple days a week. Stay ahead of the competition this offseason and don’t wait until the last second to get those fundamentals mastered. Class descriptions below:
ESP Baseball Excel (ages 14+) – Class will focus on all aspects of the game from an offensive and defensive standpoint. Athletes will also be put through various speed and agility drills that are necessary to increase performance on the diamond. Arm care and shoulder maintenance will also be touched on throughout the course of classes.
ESP Baseball Hitting (ages 11+) – Drills will be incorporated into a one hour long hitting session with trainers watching swings and offering hitting philosophies. Players will also be learning about situational hitting, 2 strike approach, and the mental side of hitting.
ESP Baseball Fielding (ages 11+) – Drills will be incorporated into a one hour long fielding session with trainers coaching players, hitting groundballs, and offering fielding advice. Players will also be learning about situational fielding, turning the double play, cut offs, and the mental side of fielding.
ESP Player/Parent Hitting (ages 8-10) – Learn alongside your player as you are taken through the proper mechanics of hitting during this hour long session. Learn different drills to apply to your hitter to develop as a hitter. Guardian MUST be present during this class and be an active participant with their player. Don’t worry parents, you won’t be swinging the bat, rather learning different tactics and drills to take home and use with your player. NOTE: Helmets must be worn by players at all times in the cages.
ESP Player/Parent Fielding (ages 8-10) – Learn alongside your player as you are taken through the proper mechanics of fielding during this hour long session. Learn different drills to apply to your fielder to develop skills necessary for baseball. Guardian MUST be present during this class and be an active participant with their player. Don’t worry parents, you won’t be having to field too much, rather learning different tactics and drills to take home and use with your player. NOTE: Parents will need to bring a fglove and be able to catch and throw in some capacity.
ESP Player/Parent Throwing (ages 8-10) – *COMING IN FEBRUARY* Learn alongside your player as you are taken through the proper mechanics of throwing during this hour long session. Learn different drills to apply to your player to develop proper throwing and pitching fundamentals. Guardian MUST be present during this class and be an active participant with their player. Parents will be learning different tactics and drills to take home and use with your player. NOTE: Parents will need to bring glove and be able to catch and throw a baseball in some capacity.

ESP INTRO TO FITNESS (AGES 5-13)
Enrollment for ESP Intro to Fitness is now open. Our Elite Sports Performance Intro to Fitness class is designed specifically for children who want to build a strong foundation in fitness while having fun in a supportive environment. This dynamic program provides children instruction to essential physical skills including strength, agility, and coordination. This class not only lays the groundwork for more intense sports performance training but also helps children develop the discipline & confidence needed for more advanced fitness programs. A perfect option for homeschool students or children seeking to advance their physical fitness, stay active, make new friends, and develop lifelong fitness habits.
