ESP Baseball is Ramping Up!
Starting next Monday, February 16th, there will be ESP baseball classes 3 times per week! Monday & Thursday nights as well as Sunday afternoons.
Mondays will alternate each week between hitting and fielding classes, while Thursday evenings will always be fielding, and Sunday afternoons will always be hitting. Class descriptions are as follows:
ESP Baseball Hitting (ages 11+) – Drills will be incorporated into a one hour long hitting session with trainers watching swings and offering hitting philosophies. Players will also be learning about situational hitting, 2 strike approach, and the mental side of hitting.
ESP Baseball Fielding (ages 11+) – Drills will be incorporated into a one hour long fielding session with trainers coaching players, hitting groundballs, and offering fielding advice. Players will also be learning about situational fielding, turning the double play, cut offs, and the mental side of fielding.
ESP Player/Parent Hitting (ages 8-10) – Learn alongside your player as you are taken through the proper mechanics of hitting during this hour long session. Learn different drills to apply to your hitter to develop as a hitter. Guardian MUST be present during this class and be an active participant with their player. Don’t worry parents, you won’t be swinging the bat, rather learning different tactics and drills to take home and use with your player. NOTE: Helmets must be worn by players at all times in the cages.
