ESP Referral Rewards:
May is referral Month! For each referral (up to 4), athletes will receive a free 30 min 1 on 1 training appointment with an ESP Trainer. Athletes who refer 5 athletes or more will receive and additional $50 towards an ESP package of their choice. Referrals are confirmed by the athletes purchasing a package and listing the referrer in the questionnaire.
New ESP Volleyball Classes starting June 2nd!
Join Coach Janelle Richard in these hour long classes highlighting hitting, passing, setting, serving, and many more aspects of the game of volleyball. Ages 11+ boys and girls are welcome to join our ESP Volleyball program. Packages include strength and conditioning classes as well. Ultimately, ESP is a one stop shop for volleyball players looking to improve their performance on or off the court.
New “ESP Running Mechanics” added to the schedule:
Join Coach Ben McElmurry in these hour long classes that will assist athletes in their running form. Whether you are a distance runner, sprinter, or just looking to have some more efficient mechanics, this class will break down the stride, foot strike, and create a consistent cadence with your athlete to improve their running. All ESP packages will cover the ability to sign up for ESP Running Mechanics. Ages 11+
