New Class Alert!
Beginning Tuesday September 9th, join ESP Director Bryce Hanson from 7-7:45 pm every Tuesday night for a 6 week speed and agility lab! Ages 11-18 are encouraged to come improve their overall speed, linear and lateral quickness, and be more agile in their sports or activities. Drills will be incorporated to suit each individual’s skills and needs to help reach improved performance on the field, in the gym, and in daily life activities. With years of experience training youth athletes, Bryce creates a supportive environment where athletes can work hard, stay motivated, and see real results.
